LIVAS MARITIME S.L.U., (on behalf of our Principals), may nominate and appoint a port Agent or other service provider in accordance with the respective SoW. The objective of our consultation is to locate a source that will provide the best overall value. With price being a significant factor, other criteria will be considered in the decision-making process, as described more fully in the Evaluation Factors section.
